I love this place everybody there is so helpful, friendly, you know really takes the time to listen, help you out. I would recommend premier rental to everybody that I know if they were in need of something. When I've had a issue with something it was handled quickly, respectably, and there was never any issues with warranty stuff or anything else. Highly recommend this place. Way to go guys keep up the good work
It's been three years since we have been getting top quality products and the most amazing customer service I've ever had. Chad , Josh and all of the other awesome employees are the best. I had to move into a new house and they came over moved all my heavy a delicate pieces. They are very diligent always available, courteous and reliable. We can't over state how easy they are to work with I'm happy to be regular customers and spend the thousands of dollars I do on their excellent merchandise. FIVE STARS FOR SURE
I ordered a washer and dryer set from these folks about 10 days ago, unfortunately they had a minor supply issue at the time, however the way they handled it certainly deserves 5 stars, they were polite and professional. Vanessa kept me updated and her and the delivery guys went the extra mile to make sure I got them as soon as they came in. Thank you for your wonderful customer service, I’ll definitely be back for future purchase!
Chad and his crew are honest, genuinely care about their customers and go to great lengths to get their customers what they need. The team is also incredibly active in their community, which is always appreciated. If you want a good deal without the experience of aggressive salespeople and sketchy terms, Premier is the place to go.
The customer service there is amazing! Very friendly atmosphere , very personable. I would not go anywhere else, they really make you feel like family. They also go out the their way to help when needed. You can't get that type of service anywhere else.
