Roughly speaking, they kicked me out of the store because they said I would not buy things

Been paying on a sofa for a year and had to send it back for awhile due to moving I received my voucher only for them to claim I can’t reedeem another sofa when mine is out of stock! Please don’t rent from them they will give you the run around! Omaha Rentacenter is way better!

Management & employees are super rude & horrible customer services. Washer kept going out & it was brand new according to them, they told me to call whirlpool to have them services it but they told me the warranty work had to be called in by RAC so I call them back & they wanted me to still pay for the set which I would now need that money to go to a laundromat to get my clothes washed since their products don't work & they said it would take 4 months to fix it. They did offer a loaner but I would still have to pay the full price for a lesser quality washer. Then when I told then a date of when I could pay since my check was late the continued to call & text multiple times every day. Then decided they didn't want to do business anymore because I told the lady to shut up because she wouldn't listen to what I was telling her. Then threatened to call the sheriff because I said she can't come in my house if I'm not there BECAUSE IM AT WORK!!! LIKE HELLO PEOPLE HAVE JOBS & CANT JUST LEAVE WORK BECAUSE YOUR RUDE & WANT TO TAKE THINGS AWAY FROM PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU GET YOUR FEELINGS HURT WHEN SOMEONE TELLS YOU YOUR BEING RUDE & NOT LISTENING TO WHAT YOUR HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES ARE DOING!!

My payment date was moved to a Friday. I have never paid on a Friday. The people who work there harass you and threaten you. Can’t wait to finish paying off last item. The whole situation has been terrible since the beginning. I will not encourage anyone I know to do business with you all.

Everyone is so awesome! The delivery guys who brought my stuff both times were just great! Charles who I have spoke to thru text and on the phone is beyond groovy!!! You guys are doing this damn thing good job
