Went in two weeks ago and was shown what was on the floor, I found what I wanted but the couch was missing so they had to order it. And instead of signing papers or a contract, they showed me a bunch of other products on the website after I told them what I wanted. It was very awkward. Then they said they would call me when it showed up on the following Wednesday, no call. So I called Friday and I was told that they forgot to call and said that they didn’t get half of what they ordered but their GM assured them it’d be on the next truck…a week later no call again so I took my business and money else where! And will be getting furniture on Monday. They clearly showed that they don’t take their business that seriously enough to make a simple phone call. I’m glad I didn’t hand over the money I had! I’ll be sure to steer all friends and family away from this Aaron’s and point them to the business that took care of me!

I have nothing negative to say about this place! I usually deal with Zane or Chris but, all of the employees are great and they will work with you on anything you may need! I have been with Aaron’s for just over 3 years and, this is the only place I would recommend to friends & family. I will for sure keep coming back!
