I have had an excellent experience with Arona Furniture in Grand Island over the past several years. The management team, especially Kelly and Dre, consistently demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and a genuine commitment to their customers. Casey and the entire staff, including the movers, are equally outstanding. Everyone I’ve worked with has been respectful, attentive, and always willing to help with whatever I need. What truly stands out is their understanding and flexibility during challenging situations. They are easy to communicate with, patient, and always willing to work with me when unexpected circumstances arise. That level of customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. I have furnished my entire home through them, and I have never regretted choosing Arona from the very beginning. Even after years of doing business with them, they continue to provide the same high level of service and support. If I ever need anything else for my home, I won’t hesitate to return. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service.

When we used to rent through them they were beyond disrespectful. If you get one payment behind they are rude and ridiculous towards you. Andre that works here saw us at Walmart and almost knocked us over while hitting my shoulder with my baby in my arms. Ridiculous and uncalled for behavior. Unprofessional hope they go out of business.

We have been with this company for years and we love it and don’t regret our choose of picking you guys. Kelly has been a big blessing to our home and she is always helpful in everything and anything I’m looking for or rather my is looking for we would give more stats if we could. While the people are nice unfortunately I will not be doing business here anymore once I get my couch paid off (which I am almost done with). They aren’t super willing to work with me for payments and along with that there are some significant discrepancies every time I ask for my remaining balance. Definitely not ok.
