I have rented from them for years! They are very inconsistent! No one is on the same page! Some employees are very kind but there is a couple very rude ones! Extremely rude! For the cost you pay not worth it! After I finish this last lease I will never again! I would definitely recommend not the hassle the cost and the inconsistency is not worth it!
The manager tried to hold me responsible for another persons account after not repairing a broken dryer and asking them to sign a brand new agreement without giving credit to them. Would NOT call me back to make a payment on current item!
I love this location. The team is so nice and always helpful. This is my second time coming to this location for a new contract. I paid my last purchases off and decided this was a great deal and love the low payments.
The customer service is exceptional. We needed a same day delivery, the team listened and met our needs. A special shout out to Edward, the Manager, and the delivery driver.
I rented two items from the Kalispell Rent-A-Center. I only needed the items for a short-term rental, but was told that in order to rent, I was required to put down the full monthly payment. I was hesitant to do this because I only needed the items for a short period of time. However, I was assured by Rent-A-Center employee and manager, Edward Pruss, that the payment would be prorated back to me based on when the items were returned. The items were delivered on March 7th and picked up and returned on March 18th. In fact, the pickup was scheduled for March 17th, but no one showed up and there was no communication until I contacted Rent-A-Center and was told they “didn’t have a truck to pick it up” and needed to reschedule. So I had the items for a total of 9 days. When I called to inquire about the proration, I was told by Store Manager Edward Pruss that it is company policy that they do not prorate, that he would have never told me otherwise, and that there was nothing he could do to make it right. Mr. Pruss lied up front in order to get the contract in place, got the payment from me, and washed his hands of the situation. Poor customer service and shady business practices at the Kalispell Rent-A-Center.
