Mataya provided the most amazing experience I have ever had in any retail or rental store. She had exactly what I wanted. She was eager, friendly and helpful through the entire experience. I don't know how I would have handled it if Mataya hadn't been there like an angel.
They initially said that my machine would be a lower price seeing as how it was pre owned and then decided to charge me the price of a new one because the district manager said to and I had to go with it because I couldn't get one outright. I have 3 kids 2 adults in the home I needed a washer bad. I then have been good with my payments and asked for a week extension mind you my payment is a little over $20 and said they couldn't do that without coming to get my washer. If I could have avoided this I would have and just went and got a brand new washer for the same price.
They are honeslty really annoying to work with. They never run your payments when they’re supposed to but will show up at your house constantly. Charge you extra. And call you over and over and over again. I set up payments for Friday they try to pull payments out on Saturday night and they’ll charge you an extra $10 in “late fees“ even though there is supposed to be a 10 day grace period. If you like constant calls while you’re at work, then randomly showing up and getting charged extra then this is the place for you.
At first a few months ago it was rough because the previous manager didn't care about my needs. The new manager and Nathan are absolutely amazing! They made things right and showed they absolutely cared about me and helping me!
