I have purchased numerous items from them and each time the experience is great.Thank you for always being so friendly and doing such a great job. Gary is absolutely amazing too work with and all his staff too.
This store is amazingly unprofessional. Lied about delivery dates. I tell them to cancel my order and magically it shows up 5 minutes later. Then, I ask for a manager above the employees at the store, I never receive a call back. Disgusted and will NEVER go through Aaron's again.
I absolutely love Aarons. They have always been so good to us. Kate always greets us with a smile when we walk in and is very friendly when talking on the phone. With all the stuff going now they have worked with us as much as they could. They always make sure we are happy with what we get. I got a couch and at first I thought I liked it but a few months after they delivered I decided it wasn't really what I wanted. Aaron was more then happy to swap it for something else to make sure i got something I liked. Everyone is always striving to provide the best customer service
These guys where liars from the start. First they sold me a "new" Washer and dryer that filled up with mold when I very first turned it on. Turns out they brought me a used one by "mistake" Then while switching them out they put holes in my floor and the wall by sliding the washer across the floor. Then the older guy (mark) blamed the new younger delivery guy even though he himself was the one that slid the washer across the floor. Then my payment time changes to the first. I started paying a week early. I was making my payment end of the month one week before it was due. They somehow didn't see I was paying a week early and started calling me every 2 weeks to tell me my payment was due. It took me 15 minutes on the phone with Conor to sort that out. Then now that I try to close my account with them they're telling me I'm missing a payment from 2018...ive never missed a payment. Ever...and it's just now showing up?? I only continued with them because I was hoping to gain credit by financing with them. But in 2018 they stopped reporting to the credit agencies! This has been a horrible experience. Will never ever buy from them again.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They take their time to research your needs and wants they also offer items they can order in. Also the establishment offers 120 days same as cash. Their cash prices are quite competitive with other retailers. I like the quick delivery and quality guarantee. Additionally they will move your items you are purchasing free of charge while under contract. I have been very pleased.
