All the employees at this location in Washington are the best they make everything very clear and understanding and as well are very understanding when situations arise and I need a few extra days to make my payment. The staff here are truly top tier!!! Seriously I've never seen a business that is more caring and understanding of it's customers!!! Life happens to everyone but they go above and beyond for my family to make sure we don't lose a essential product that every home needs, like our washer and dryer, we have a large family and not a lot of money extra to just go and buy one and they really work hard from bringing all the way to us and setting it up and making sure we can keep it when life throws unexpected curve balls our way, they truly care at this location and I cannot speak more highly of all of the staff at the Washington location!!!! Thank you!!!!! God bless you all so very much!!!!

Awesome Staff at my location. I have been dealing with them for about 3 yrs now. LOVE Ricky the newest manager. The last manager Latricia had NO IDEA what she was doing. Ricky, Josh, and the 2 other guys are awesome!!!! They know me by name and greet me by name which is an excellent quality in customer service. I wouldn't use any other Rent a Center!

The bed is fantastic! A bit time consuming to put together but it's great. The couches are decently priced. The associates are goal oriented and always make good conversation :)

The people here have always been good to me, and I've used them quite a bit these past few years. You know, they welcome you pretty much like right as you come in the door, and to me as a customer, that is the start of a great shopping experience. They're good with helping you find what you want, and did I mention they deliver, too? And the delivery people are great. They took good care of what I'd purchased, and I like that show of respect. A great location, overall.
