Rent One

NEVER rent from here. I rented a lift chair for 3 weeks 2 1/2 years ago. They will spam you with junk mail for years! At least once a year, they run a scam and send out a bill that your old account from 2 years ago is now past due. When you call them to tell them of their error, they backtrack and say it was a mailing mistake. It's a scam to get vulnerable people to overpay. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Everybody at Rent One was so helpful. They gave there all to get me the set I wanted and in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, informative, I felt like I was a part of their team.

You sell a Streaming Box with 2 Years of Live TV and Plex. After several months of selling these, they rebranded the marketing items without the trademark logos they had illegally used. Then they stopped including "Plex" as the package. But, what about people like me, who purchased it before the change? Just nevermind that the item i purchased FOR PLEX no longer will guarantee it? And now the box doesn't work at all and I was told that there are no refunds and that the company isn't offering their "Fix" to anyone who isn't on rent. I am unsure about the legalities here. Rent One will request that reviews be removed if it contains certain info, such as names and what not. I've made sure to not include those for this. As a 10+ year employee, I can tell you, they are DECIDING to not help those of us who are no longer paying a weekly Rate. This company is something, I'll tell you what. Edit-The day after posting this they provided me a code that gives me access to a different program. It's good through August. 3 months shy of the other service. The best they can do, isn't the best they can do. It's the best they WANT to do. They think enough people will be okay being given 6 months instead of 9... As a "better than nothing". They made the decision to give access that long.

Great customer service. They worked with me and my schedule to assure I could obtain this statement piece!! I chose to pick this up, and without hesitation, it was loaded in my truck before we even finished the transaction! It’s my fav piece of furniture!! I appreciate you guys tremendously, and I’ll be back!!

They were extremely helpful. The manager was kind, very attentive, and was able to solve my problem. All I had to do was fill out an easy application and they were able to help me out. I had a great experience at this place. If you are looking for caring individuals who are willing to work with you, then look no further. Thank you again and God bless.
