They were very fast and efficient and answers all questions and polite and respectful. I even observed their customer service of them on the phone and it was interesting but they handled it very efficiently. I would recommend them any day of the week. I have 5 stars in my book. This was the store in Sikeston.

I spoke to l, I think it was the store manager Aariel & she was more than helpful. I had been waiting almost 2 weeks for my items & I spoke with her & she got it taken care of today & they will be delivered tomorrow. Very friendly, high energy & done whatever she could to help & make sure my items could be delivered as soon as possible.

Aaron’s at Sikeston Missouri I have been a customer with them for over 10 years and I’m still a satisfied customer I Love the staff and the delivery guys James, he is one of the delivery guys good guy always pleasant well spoken. The whole staff is and any time. I had a problem with anything that I received from Aarons they always always took care of it hands-down no problems. My whole house is full of Aaron’s except for a few things

They're very deceptive. I ordered a complete bed from their website under the premise that it would be delivered with one penny down. We waited for 2 weeks without any contact from them. Had to call customer service to even get any kind of answer. We were told we would have to make the first month's payment before it could be delivered. What? That's not what the contract stated! Anyway, I'm glad we decided to go elsewhere. The bed we had planned to buy was worth maybe $800 maximum, but with all the payments we would have paid almost $3000. Aaron's is just another greedy corporation that preys on the poor and working class by promising low down payments and low monthly payments. Their products are outrageously overpriced. There are far better options out there.

I bought a new Smart Samsung Washer and Dryer here, or online through here during the Labor Day weekend sale. I've not actually met, nor spoken with an employee at this time, but they did specially order my set that they didn't have. I will update my experience with them more later, but give them👍👍for now. 😉 Here's the update! Totally amazing. Great customer service experience. Delivery guys were great. Set up everything quickly, tested it for leaks, and were funny too. Love the Washer & Dryer! ❤️ 💙 💜 Would order, buy, or rent to own from them again if ever needed.
