Customer service is really bad they have a stove for service for 2 months I'm paying weekly didn't get a loaner and still paying for it and this is not the 1st time they have done this it's the 3rd time I would and will not recommend them to anyone ever

I was doing the lease to own for a bed. They didn't tell me the bed was pre-owned and the mattress was frankly shot. So I asked to replace it with a firm matress. They did the paperwork and accepted a penny as the down payment. Then the day of delivery, they didn't bring it. According to Denzel, Their GM decided he wanted a full payment prior to that (even though they never mentioned this in store and even accepted the penny for the down payment). In my eyes, this is just a simple breach of contract on their part and I told them to come and get the bed. Denzel the store manager was nice but to have the excuse that they wanted another payment before they'd make things right is just frankly bullshit. I won't be doing any new business with them in the future.

John was very helpful and willing to take the time with me even though I was "window" shopping at the current time. Plus they offer a 10% military discount which is nice because ALOT of places don't but I'm thinking of starting on a campaign to get places to match AT&T's 25% any helpers wanna jump on board with that let me know God Bless 🙏

I have a washer and dryer with aarons first off they brought me a loaner dryer that stopped working the same day they brought it to me and would shock my husbandwe went to aarons and their sales manager told me i had to wait til monday to get anything done until and then left me with no dryer for almost 4 days and then today I finally get my dryer back and was told it was my fault my dryer was not working I have been a customer there for years and have been treated without respect over this dryer problem I won't be back to aarons I will take my money else where I also had to take the loaner dryer that didn't work back and also pick mine up because they were gonna leave me without a dryer ever longer because they couldn't bring mine to me til Wednesday

Went in with someone else. Not a lot of customers in the store, if any at that particular time. We were pleasantly & professionally greeted when we entered by a nice gentleman. He led my friend right to the spot to enter in information & then finished the contract with her. He even loaded the item into the vehicle. Staff was awesome. Their prices & product, and prices for the product were a bit outlandish to me but I understand why. Nice people.
