Hello 🤗 I would love to explain to why it's best to rent to own items and things from rent a center. Because a list they give you working electronics that work and it doesn't have issues at least it's not like used or anything they give you electronics that actually work and that has a good functioning in it but the best part is you can request a order from them and I guarantee it's better to rent stuff from Rent-A-Center then Aaron's because at least you're getting a better offer than Aaron's reason why I say it's because it's the least with Aaron's they will give you product that doesn't really work half the time they will cheat you out of your money but with these guys I promise you that's not going to happen but I would say 100% you're better off with them you would see a big difference with Aaron's in Rent-A-Center but I'm guaranteed you would actually get a good actually working device so it's better to shop from Rent-A-Center and they actually make sure the device works and doesn't have no issues at least they know the devices that work and stuff that doesn't have bugs or any issues that you may have or occur but it'd be up to you what you decide 😁
Went in about two weeks ago. Went in just to ask about renting a washer . Was told all the washer came in a set ,and the ones that was for rent has already been sold . Then was told that I can try the salvation army or the goodwill. This kind of service is disrespectful and I was so offended by what was said. I will never in my life referre anyone to Rent of center . This service is not acceptable to anyone. My thought is don't judge a book by its cover , black ,white ,brown nor green.
I got approved online through RAC promotion for no money down free pickup/delivery...after filling out the agreement & doing everything online I was told I had to do it all over again at the store...not only that they didnt have the product & I would have to pay a fee for them to get it...who knew the online promotions were a scam! Never again!
Worse company ever. Unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Been calling for a week about returning a couch in my first week if unsatisfactory and could get something different. Been calling Courtney the store manager since Monday, within my time frame. She never called back and today when I call she was rude and her employees wanting to racially profile me. I will be filling a complaint with corporate when I have all calls recorded. Don’t work with this company they are not worth the headache. They were recently sued for this very thing in August. They deceive their customers and scam them by the consumer protection act.
My experience was good. They usually have a nice selection of furniture. If you don't see it in the store they will try to find it for you.
