ive gone this route before and really wasnt a bad experience but not that great either but these guys are polite on top of their customers needs and the prices are actually not bad and they have the specials that really help i like these guys i have to give them 5 star salute

Brandi is very disrespectful never will I ever go into Aaron’s in Houston again! She is very flirtatious towards her make co workers and which I think it very unprofessional especially being married. She has a very foul mouth!

They are now charging a 100.00 delivery fee outside of city limits. I would give 0 stars if I could so instead of buying from aarons which was closer to me I went to Lowes

Bought couches that were on the SHOWROOM FLOOR for cash. I was ensured they were clean and pest free(preowned)and the company does extensive cleaning etc.. A few days later I wake up from a nap COVERED in bites! I check the couch and to my surprise BEDBUGS!!(along with some small child toys) not just a few bed bugs, infested!!!.. so I call the company(days after buying, not month's!) to which I was told, they couldn't replace or refund , but was offered 100 dollars .. which i did not take!! I was so upset I just hung the phone up!!.. I paid hundreds $$ of my hard earned money to buy couches, just to throw them away in less than a week!! I will never shop here again! I would not buy ANY furniture from here!! I will tell everyone about this terrible experience so nobody has to lose out on hundreds, , not to mention all the work moving them in and out! I had to pay a friend to haul them to my house, then the fear of bedbugs that may have spread?? Had no couch due to giving my old set away ect ect. Did Aarons care ..nope! 100% caution ⚠️ do not buy PREOWNED FURNITURE from here!!!

Great for seniors. Delivery and set up included. Can pay off anytime. Even give you a lesson on how to operate the modern appliances!
