Quick easy process. Helpful friendly staff. Only down side was that I had to go to another store to get item that day. AC unit. It was 89 plus. Needed it quick.

This store has really changed since Sierra has taken over. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend going here for all your rental needs!
I have requested someone come out to look at the battery on this bike over two weeks ago and no one has showed up to look at it. I have been with out this bike in proper working order. It will only travel about 2 miles before it starts to bog out and not seem to work properly. I have been very patient. But this is kind of frustrating. I am paying for something (on time, everytime ) and I feel that the to meet my end of the contract. But I don't feel that is matched on the other end.
Alexis and Kenneth helped me more than a customer could hope for. Kenneth made sure I was happy with phone I chose. Even when I was not sure and changed my mind a few times. he was very patient. Very understanding and very dedicated worker. Alexis was also very patient ,cheerful and very thoughtful. Alexis called to different stores and didn’t stop trying or get flustered she kept a positive attitude including Kenneth These two employees im blessed with just kindness and patience in there hearts. They are two individuals you won’t ever come by easy life. Excellent customer service all the way around. I’m very happy for the phone they tried so hard to find for me. Thank you both
