How It Works

Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

I'm renting from arona's now I got a washer and dryer through them but before I tell you what went wrong I'd like to mention that I previously rented other things from them before and overall have had a good experience except for the last this last one. So back to the washer and dryer I am now renting. I went into Arona's after viewing a washer and dryer and paying online well the washer and dryer I actually picked out and paid online for they didn't actually have in stock so I chose a different one with in the price range that was fine. Then delivery day is here and it gets here and the guy hooked up everything but come to find out they don't supply the dryer vent hose because of and I will quote the manager "we don't supply them it's a fire hazard". Let me tell you ma'am your competitors supply them they just don't install the dryer vent hose they tell the costumer to do it due to insurance reason and to keep them from being liable for such things. I can understand why you wouldn't install a dryer vent hose to avoid liability but not supply one at all is bull. So there's my honest opinion.
Rented a computer and monitor. Staff was super friendly, and when they didnt have what i was looking for they ordered it and got it for me quickly. Also pricing is very fair and the representative broke down every detail i needed for my payment plan
They got me delivered as soon as they could, however they damaged my furniture and my door when bringing it in. They should know how to maneuver through a doorway and they just shoved it through. As much as you pay your furniture should be handled with care.
This place sucks. These people suck. We rented a stove from them and it shuts off by itself. So we called to have them fix it. They sent out a tech to look at it and said he would let his boss know that we needed a new stove. 2 weeks later, we had to call and inquire as to what's next and they said the tech told them we needed an all new stove so instead of replacing the unit and giving an equal unit, they instead decide that we can have a new stove but they are going to charge us more on the monthly fee. What?! So they rent us a broken unit and to fix it, we have to be charged more? No. This is a horrible company with people who have no idea what they're doing. Aaron's and Rent-a-Center are wayyyyy better. Don't waste your money here.
The Store Manager is very unprofessional and rude. They take pictures of your drivers licenses with their personal phone devices and when asked why, (to the very polite sales associate), the Mangager rudely jumps in and escalates what should have been a simple situation to the point we didn't do service there, I called corporate and reporting to yhe BBB the PHI violation.
