So I have never gotten anything from rent a center and I really don't want to. Yet today I found that someone from there is going door to door trying to advertise the place even when I have a no trespassing sign and a fenced in yard. They opened my screen door so hard that I thought someone was coming in my house that I didn't know. Then I called to complain about it and all I got was attitude. They asked for my name and I asked why they needed it only to get a sarcastic answer of "I was just asking". This is the exact reason why they will never get my business. I've heard so many horror stories about them that it's not even funny. Yall need to learn what a no trespassing sign is because next time I won't call the store I'll call the cops for trespassing and I do have cameras
Much better now. Katrina is professional and helpfull. Previous manager was not. She keeps it clean and organized. I do not rent anything anymore. But, a nice choice for those who have no credit to buy outright.
