Been with them for about 3 or 4 years they work with you if needed just need bigger selection in store imo Grady is the dude for real so much so I have 2 PCs couch set and a bedroom set phone number doesn't work

Grady is awesome always going out of his way to try to help us never had a problem with anything we've got from there unlike other rental places there are no roaches no bed bugs nothing to worry about awesome store

Never used Rent-A-Center before but was in need for a couch and table for short term use. Best experience I have ever had related around furniture. All 3 of the fellas that helped me were awesome.They all provided great customer service. I received my furniture quick, and that was with them working around my crazy schedule. Never were they impolite and all of them were super friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone based upon the great experience that I had.

The workers here are super understanding and nothing but nice and respectful! Heard a lot of “thumb down” comments about this place, and I can honestly say I disagree with them all. I DEFINITELY recommend coming here for great customer service and good quality!
