Just left the location where Rent-A-Center is supposed to be on Denny avenue and it's closed down nothing inside the building they should update Google maps

Horrible Rent-A-Center used to be there to help people but now they just give you a hard time they don't rent your stuff out when you need it only when they're ready it's a bull

I don’t know who this new person Shanika is that started working there but she is rude and talks over you and blows up your phone back to back I definitely will not be getting nothing else from this location I don’t know what happened to Cass but she was the best store manager ever yall messed up when u got ride of her !!!!!!

UPDATE BELOW THIS: “Zero STARS should be an option” I thought “ in stock “ mean that they have it in store. Ordered two 55in Wednesday online now I gotta wait until Saturday when it’s storming for them to bring it out. :-( . * Update: I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PASCAGOULA LOCATION NOR RAC EVER AGAIN!!! DELIVERY WENT FROM SATURDAY(TODAY) TO MONDAY(NEXT WEEK) WHEN I “BEEN” PAID WEDNESDAY!! ARE THOSE CALLS RECORDED?? And Whose District Manager of this location?? I NEED TO KNOW ASAP!!! THOSE PROMOS ARE EITHER COMPLETE SCAMS OR THOSE EMPLOYEES AT THE PASCAGOULA LOCATION ARE NOT DOING THERE JOBS!!! Very HORRIBLE!!

So far very disappointed, both me and my partner have an account, she ordered a living room set and tv, 2 weeks later still waiting on the replacement remote to finish setting up the tv, still waiting for the replacement lamps that were broken upon delivery, split up the payments instead of just one bi-weekly they got it set up so payment is taken weekly for different things, then my agreement over the phone for a monthly payment running the st Patrick day deal for a tv delivered same day they took the payment to get the contact started told them take the payment set up direct deposit and now a week later being chased for the weekly payment and being told oh well if it’s monthly then I need to pay the monthly rate while still waiting for my reclining sofa and loveseat, they set the contract for how they want then when they call asking for money and hang up on you when you say “ you quick to call for money but yet you don’t wanna call to fix anything” instead of fixing the issue in hand, very poor, if not resolved quickly then sending all the stuff back and buying elsewhere
