They are nice people. But i came here at 9am for a 2pm appointment. And I’m still waiting. Its ok to follow the appointment times. But you have to be aware that the drivers, when they get loaded, still have 10 or 11 hours of driving ahead of them.

Arrived at 9:00 am for a 11 am appointment. Friendly check in at the front glass door not the doors near the loading dock. 10:30 got backed in to dock, didn’t have to drop trailer, or unhook anything, and stayed in truck with the A/C running. Reading the other reviews brokers, dispatchers are going to tell you yes they take you early so you be there on time. When was the last time you was told get it there by the appointment time don’t hurry. You don’t show up at Wmart , Lowes, etc a day early . And if you get to a delivery at 11:25 when you’re to be there at 11:00 you are LATE for delivery and yes you will probably be held overnight for delivery. I have a trailer load of mattresses unloaded at 11:43 heading out the gate at 11:57. Back again on 1-8-25 with a load of mattresses fast friendly check in unloaded around back in dock 12 when done whey with bring the bol out to you. Took about a hour and a quarter to unload. Also I had a 11 am delivery got there about 9 am and was given a thank for being early.

I had a great experience. I got here like 30 minutes early before my appointment which was at 9:00 a.m. it is now 9:23 a.m. and I am good to go. The older white man is super cool.
