My tv was supposed to go to the Elvis Presley location but got sent to the Horn Lake location. When I got there, the rep at the front desk had the nastiest attitude as if it wasn't their fault for wrong delivery. She got upset that I arrived in an SUV and came by myself. I hope they never make this mistake again because I never want to have to come to this location and deal with this staff again. Fix the nasty attitudes if you're going to be working with customers. The other rep that helped me was nice though.

Do a better job training / hiring employees. All this week I've tried to call to speak to a manager and the lady at the front desk with a very nasty attitude named WANDA should be fired and let go from that location. There all super close so it wouldn't happen. Very rude, very unprofessional. Telling us "we'd be dealing with her either way" No ma'am we call the speak to the manager because we always deal with him. Then to tack a late fee onto every item and not my account. I think there's some SCAMMING going on so I've reported the company to the BBB . - the manager He's honest and a good guy and makes sure we're taken care of. Thinking about returning it all just to not have to deal with location ! 10/10 don't recommend this store!!! Same post will be shared to Facebook etc!!

I do not appreciate being put on speaker phone while the counter people talk to each other before saying a word to me. I also do not appreciate the rudeness of the counter person. Do a better job at vetting your employees. I also do not appreciate being told it will take a week to deliver a washer and dryer that is supposedly in stock at the store. Do better.

Phenomenal service. Catina was very helpful. The original option I selected was out of stock, so Catina suggested available options for sectional/sofa +loveseat combinations. I was able to select a sectional. Catina expedited my order. Ellis contacted me making the exchange a seamless process for which everything was perfect. Ellis set the delivery date and made it convenient for my schedule. My sectional was delivered and I absolutely Love it. I Highly recommend Ellis and his team. Aaron’s Horn Lake is the Absolute Best.
