Well they sell used and busted up furniture at full price which makes no since. I can go to a furniture store like Ashley and spend the same amount possibly less for new furniture which makes better since. I would not recommend at all try shopping somewere else 😊
I have been a customer with rac for years. Yesterday was my worst experience ever. Y’all took furniture that I’ve been paying on just so y'all can resell it after I spent over $4,000 on it. I asked if I could make payment several times and change my payment agreement to monthly due to me being removed from work and y’all stated no immediately unless y’all removed money to make the adjustment. Y’all are so money hungry and it shows. Just like the rac that got closed in Columbus, I hope Fulton, Ms gets done the same. Y’all do not care about long term customers at all. Then I asked could I see what my fiancé could do yesterday evening y’all still wouldn’t wait for a payment. Then the furniture was damaged when y'all brought it. Y’all still over charged me. Trust me I have all paper trails and y’all will see me in court.
