This is a very terrible place to do business with. I made a purchase from this Rent-A-Center in Forest Mississippi and I expected my order to be delivered on the agreed upon date. I missed work because someone needed to be home when my order was being delivered. So I missed work, stayed home, & waited. I got a call & was told my order was not being delivered because the truck was down. Days later they were able to reschedule me for a new delivery date and I took off work again so that I could be home when they arrived. I did a follow up call the day before to make sure that it would. & Again. My order was not delivered, and I missed work a SECOND time for absolutely nothing. And that is what makes me the most upset, because I could still go and make my money if I'm not constantly mislead. So now I am currently waiting on my refund from them because I no longer trust the company and the communication is horrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Refund me. & I will take my money elsewhere.

literally waited 2 weeks for a mattress one it came in my delivery date changed 3 times. my delivery was supposed to be between 10-12. 2 came around and my mattress never came. didn’t even get a refund for delivery that i had to come pick up my self cause they wouldn’t bring it!

I've had two appointments with this store, about setting up my tv. they gave me a date and time but never showed up. I call them today to see what happen, and the manager hang up on me because i didn't believe the lie he was trying to tell. This store has poor management not all of them are. The manager name Jeffery seem to be ok.

The employees are nice but dang they will worry the mess out of you. every week they call and if you are late on your payment they will call 2 to 3 times a day. They call so much it makes me what to return what i am renting from them
