I did not want to write this review because I have always liked Aaron’s and I have been a loyal customer since 2020…I have never been late with a payment and if anything comes up I always call… I hit a finical snag due to my previous job not paying me my wages owed…so I have been waiting to receive my payment based on what they have been telling me.. you can only go off what someone tells you.. keep in my I have never been late and this one time I am only a week late due to my situation and they come to my house to get my things… I spoke to the GM on Friday and said I would make a payment when I got paid I explained the situation.. according to my previous job my check was supppsed to come Friday(December 5th) which is why I said I would pay than well it didn’t come.. so instead of them being like “Something must be going on if she has been making her payments on time and this one time she is late” let’s see reach out and see what’s going on.. they make it seem like I was ducking or dodging them or not in communication.. I could see if I was two or three months behind but it’s a week due to my situation with my previous job…I thought companies would work with you or try to work with you but clearly they don’t care that things happen beyond your control.. and I do not like how I was handled so for that reason I would and will not be getting anything else from them and I would advise anybody :DO NOT RENT OR GET ANYTHING FROM THEM…they have no customer service at all… and it’s unfortunate because I got all my things through them but never had an issue until now.. after I pay off what’s left I will not be getting anything else from them because I do not feel it was right to be handled the way I was

Absolutely amazing experience, we went looking for a computer after ours broke. It was quick and got what I needed that day! Definitely would recommend

Rented from them numerous times, I always go with the EZPay option since I’m well over 50 miles from the store. All my merchandise has been gotten via PHONE. I literally tell the workers what I’m looking for and they find it for me. Corinth location is the BEST. Friendly customer service, empathetic to life situations, all around 5 stars. I’ve gotten a PlayStation 4 (over 7yrs ago, it still works) washer&dryer combo works beautifully

If your needing a new refrigerator or stove really quick or a microwave because yours broke all of a sudden, they'll rent you one that same day. It's definitely worth it, even though it's a little extra money, and when your just starting out they'll work with you! Great Service and Friendly People!! Definitely Recommend!!

I wish I could give them -stars! This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life! We've been paying for a washer and dryer for 3 months while they sit in my laundry room and don't even work. The GM is very rude and disrespectful and one of the workers told us to just hang our clothes on a line to dry. We've had an electrician come look to make sure it wasn't the plug and it was the actual dryer because they also tried to blame it on that and saying it wasn't on their end. This has been a complete nightmare and a complete waste of a lot of money. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible everything! I will never use them again!! Please don't waste your time or money with them!
