An absolutely horrible excuse for a rent to own store. We originally went in there months ago because we wanted a specific couch. They said they would give us a call once that couch was in stock. They never gave us a call so we came in around mid April signed a contract for that midnight colored couch, but they didn’t have it so they said that for the next couple of weeks they could loan us a different set until ours gets here. Well, fast forward over the next few months. Every time we’ve called them and tried asking them about that couch even when they had it in stock, they kept giving us the runaround as to why they couldn’t bring it to us, even though they had that couch in stock fast forward to today they call asking for a payment and we try asking them where the couches before they get a payment, and then the lady who answered the phone, said that we cannot get the couch that we signed a contract for and said that we have to speak to the manager and how convenient the manager wasn’t there today so we’ll be trying again until we actually speak to this manager in person. We’ve also made a call to corporate because this location seems to think that contracts are just a little magical pieces of paper that have no actual meaning behind them so buyer beware do not sign a contract with Babers in Columbus, Mississippi unless you are getting what you paid for

Bad customer service!!!!! I had been sick and also my child during this flu season. So that means I haven’t been working during the sickness. But this company doesn’t care about that things happen !!

This is one of the most unorganized, pathetic, unconcerned in Mississippi!! Especially this manager Jazmin yes i said. So if i were you do not shop at Babers in Columbus for nothing!!! I hate this store ever existed...... im sorry David but she is ruining your store‼️‼️‼️

I give 5 ⭐️’s , 2 thumbs up , exhilarating , awesome , spectacular customer service , courtesy, product awareness and much more . It didn’t take forever to get the paperwork done and the delivery was like the following morning and I even went in at closing the day before to get for up for my cool tv that I so adore . I give the young lady an A+ plus 67 bonus overall grade .. Thank You Barber’s!

I absolutely LOVE babers! I bought a couch set and went a couple days later and also purchased a rug to go along with my new couch set! The woman, (I wish I knew her name), that was over setting up the weekly payments and all that went above and beyond for me! She was awesome! I paid weekly on all my stuff and even when I would forget to make my weekly payment she would always call me so friendly reminding me about my payment which she always knew I had forgotten about! I was able to pay off everything today and I just wanted to say thank you to Babers for working with me and giving me the couch set & rug of my dreams!!! I definitely recommend them! I wish I could leave 10 stars as a review instead of just 5!!
