When i originally purchased my washer and dryer 2+ years ago in was told I was getting a brand new set, turns out I did not. I had my set for about 6 months and my dryer quit, they kept it for months and claimed it was fixed. The next day it was broke again so they brung me a loaner. It did not match my set and was beat up and you have to run it twice to get your cloths dry. So I kept calling and asking for my dryer becouse it was time to pay it off. Mind you I still have the loaner and only wanted my dryer or one of equal value, I was told by Jeremy the manger no. I went in store and Mrs Danyelle was awesome and truly wanted to help me but was not allowed to. They ended up Making me keep the loaner and I payed for 24 months for a new one that I never got!
Very helpful and do what they can to assist. I was out in a work injury and they took care of me. They helped get me back on track after I got back to working again. Only issue I’ve had is sometimes the payments don’t seem to be right, seems like there’s extra fees sometimes but overall great experience with them
I’d rate less than a 1 but Chris was awesome. The only enjoyable part of the whole Babers experience was dealing with Chris. Very knowledgeable, personable and a great representation of what customer service SHOULD be. Unfortunately my delivery was days late without communication. My full delivery did not arrive when it finally did and then to deal with nasty customer service in the store to top it all off. The girl at the desk, HORRIBLE. And to say she claimed to be “In training”. Whomever is training failed miserably. Then entire interaction was a poor representation of the full Babers chain. After trying to get any sort of understanding or even rectify the situation I asked to cancel the contract. She wouldn’t even do that. More nasty attitude. I eventually walked out of the store to avoid confrontation only for her to decide she wants to “wrap up her bun “ and “want the smoke”. After waiting for Chris to return I sent in my fiancé so that I could be positive that it isn’t I that is being confrontational and even another customer verified that she’s just nasty. My fiancé walks in with Chris and she is immediately “In front of my fiancé “the customer” about how and what she’s going to do to me. Thank goodness I chose to not go back into the store. Quite honestly, I still am deciding if I’d like to cancel this contract now that I’ve just received a call Saying Chris is no longer with the establishment. They lost the only thing they had going at the Columbia location. I kept from posting this review Saturday because of him. But since he’s gone…BABERS NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STARTING WITH THE PRETTY LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WITH THE BLEACHED OUT TIGHTS THAT SHOULD HAVE LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS AT WORK AND NOT ON HER SOFA.

I would like to say I appreciate Mr Cory for delivering my deep freezer to me. He was very respectful. He was very well mannered and everything. Chris is very respectful as well.
