Super disappointed in this store my grandmother a loyal customer who pays on time through auto pay every single month for her stove, fridge, tv, and fireplace tv stand… has to go through hoops and loops her stove top has been broken with a crack in the glass for over two weeks now has yet to be fixed thanksgiving is coming up it’s under warranty and we’re told oh we have to wait for the piece well then why is she still paying for something she cannot use it’s a horrible experience we’ve called a couple times they won’t even give her a replacement until then she’s a 77 year old woman doing honest business with snakes in the grass hopefully someone fixes this for her immediately thank you

I have done business with Aarons from other towns and never had a problem but the one in Batesville,MS will lie to you and call you all the time to try and get a payment, they are the worse store to do business with so I would stay away from this store and on other had the store Manager is very rude and don't care about there customer.when having a hard time.

Two men that delivered my dryer today very nice and did good job don't know their names but from Batesville ms store best ones I've had in years made me feel good

I have been with Arron’s for years in batesville ms love dealing with them but they don’t know how to stop calling u can tell them what day u coming they harassing u so I left them and went to senatobia ms thinking they’re going to be better they was worse and a lie
