I ordered furniture online and was contacted by an employee that completed most of the order, but said that he had to go on a delivery and he would finish when he got back or the next day and give me a call. After waiting for 2 weeks for him to call me, I called to cancel the order and request a refund. This employee told me that the give refunds from the drawer and they were slow and didn't have it at that time but he could send me a cashier's check. After waiting for the cashier's check for over a week, I called again and they said it might take longer. By now we're 2 months after the initial order with no furniture, no refund, and no answers. So I call again and a different guy tells me they don't do refunds via cashier's check, that it has to come from the district manager. Not to mention how adamant he was on trying to control me and tell me that there's no way someone told me that I would get a refund through a cashier's check. To make this story shorter, I got store credit....seriously, like I'm going to order from this place again. I got robbed....plain and simple and I can comfortably tell you that they don't care. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because I like the product. Even if I never received it
Amazing service and flexibility for my needs. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that doesn't have decent credit or a lot of money to spend up front. Granted, You end up paying more for what you get, but in a pinch definitely worth it! I will be back The next time I am in the market for something new!
I had put off getting a new washing machine. I was hoping my old one would hold on for a few more months. It didn't. Lol. I found myself in an emergency laundry situation and had to go the rent-to-own route. These guys are great to work with! I picked out what I wanted online and my local store did the rest. They were accommodating of my work schedule and made the whole process virtually stress free. I now have a beautiful, new washer and dryer and my payments are affordable. I highly recommend Rent-A-Center!!
