Called in to ask if they accept a lease as a proof of residency and the man in store asked me questions, when i would respond he would cut me off and three minutes into the call he hung up on me and told me to find a different store. I was told by a regional manager in my area to go in store and i won’t be retaliated against. I went in store with everything in hand and he started with “i belive we spoke earlier on the phone and couldn’t finish our conversation” i stated he hung up on me. he told me due to the way i communicate aaron’s will not work with me. i have actively communicated with his company almost everyday for two weeks over this stores treatment. told me he took my call, then told me his regional manager told him to hang up on me, then back tracked and said he didn’t take the call. He then called me sir when i’m a biological female?? Don’t shop here. Absolutely horrific, my grandmother who was with me has never been so horrified by customer service treatment.

we missed one payment and they called everyone threatening to take us to court. this place is a joke and they will rip you off. they also delivered our refrigerator and it was dirty and had food in it. they also ripped our floor.

Very much terrible management they keep trespassing on my Neibors driveway I have told them multiple times not to use that driveway and they do not listen I was fired from my job and not able to pay payments and they refuse to take the air conditioner back they walked around my house looking in windows and scared my girlfriend very much a terrible place there manager Patrick has cussed me and my mom out on the phone before do not go to this location they are very unprofessional and creeps that is illegal for them to look into my windows and if they are going to be driving down my Neibors driveway again they will Be trespassed

For one the manager Patrick has cussed out and belittled my boyfriend and his mother over the phone and expects them to want to do business for two we offered they’re stuff back they refused to take it. Then they threatened to come in our house and take it which they can’t 😀 they have also just scared my friend she was dog sitting and they walked around our house front yard back yard side looking Into OUR WINDOWS which is illegal on private property btw they always traspass our neighbors driveway instead of using ours it’s a ring around we’ve told them multiple times they need to come down the correct driveway they threatened to sue us yet won’t take any of the stuff back bc “it’s out of season” we owe maybe $100 bucks it would coast way more to sue us then be patient my boyfriend is in the middle of switching jobs he lost his job and they are not understanding what so ever they are rude and walk up to you like they gonna do something 💁‍♀️😂

My husband and I bought 2 TVs with them, both were great. But we also tried to buy 2 different couches that were absolute junk. When I tried to return the first one the guy came out to look at it and immediately said it was customer abuse, the second one broke and when I tried to return it again same guy said it had bugs. They never took a picture of the couch but they claim to have one. I took the picture to a exterminator and they said it wasn't bugs but they still refuse to take it back or get it fixed. They r willing to get the part for my husband to fix it. They refuse to lower the price even though I don't want it. I highly recommend no one ever going there. The delivery driver is not a professional and the team in the store are extremely rude and extremely unprofessional
