I want to say Travis at the Sandusky store delivered a refrigerator today and he was so polite and kind, and personable, and what a truly great asset he is to continental. It was refreshing to see such kidness and great work ethics and we were very thankful for him.My refrigerator went out and the manager went out of her way to get me a refrigerator today 3/3/2026 she truly went out of her way to make it seamless with zero stress and was very kind and very helpful, very professional.

Our freezer went out Saturday morning. Called contenintal and had a new fridge delivered by the afternoon. Can not say enough good things about the employees here. They are always available to answer questions and have always been super patient and punctual. We have been faithful customers for years and will continue to be for years to come.
