The manager did everything possible to make sure I received my item same day!! Absolutely amazing customer service!!
I went here for a family member. The employees/manager are very patient and understanding for those who communicate with them when they may be having personal issues going on in their life. My family has purchased the items they needed. But he thanks them for their kindness, patience, and understanding. I highly recommend this location.
The only issue I have is the fact that I have purchased a living room set (brand-new) and did not receive all of the pillows that came with it. I immediately informed them. It has been over a year and I have yet to receive the pillows that they have allegedly ordered twice. I'm paying more than I should already, however, I am not complaining about that. It's the fact that I'm paying for something that I am not receiving in its entirety and that's disappointing.
Man-oh-man. My dads house is practically full of rent-a-Center’s furniture/electronics and it’s not hard to see why. The prices are great, and the customer service is excellent as well. I recently came back home, and I got a bedroom set. I didn’t catch his name, but he was awesome. I hope he sees this, too! He put my set together quickly, and was even patient with me when I asked him if he could move it around to a different spot when it didn’t exactly work. 10/10 would rent again. (:
I had rented a used recliner couch, that I was told was in "great condition" . The manager Anthony delivered it himself. When it was delivered I was told he had to patch up and sew 7 different areas. But he would take money off. I noticed the couch was not aligned, but I thought it was because the two ends recline back. As soon as I sat in it, it broke. I reached out to the manager and I let him know the situation he promised me that he would send someone out to fix it. Two weeks went by I messaged Anthony's personal cell phone that he gave to my husband and myself. I asked when the repair guy was coming and I also told him when I called to the store that one of his employees were very rude and disrespectful. He replied that he was out of town for a funeral. So I never reach back out. So my husband then went into the office and spoke to the District Manager Brandon who told my husband , he would would send the handyman out or would switch the furniture if we didn't like his results. The maintenance guy came about a week later and he put it back together but it was still very wobbly. My husband then talked to the Associate Manager Latoya and she made some arrangements to get a brand-new couch. The day that we were supposed to get the couch delivered which was Monday ,just so happened to be the day that Anthony came back to work after a month. He called and said he did not want to do business with my husband and I and we had to return the couch we had.He had no reason for that other than he felt like we went over his head to get a better couch. The communication, the customer service, the disrespect was the worst that I've ever experienced in my entire life.
