Poor customer service!!! The managers do not manage their customers priorities. In fact I’ve been getting the run around like what’s so hard about completing verification and making sure you provide great service to your customers? I definitely would refer anyone for this location and to try Aaron’s!!!!!
Recently, I was due to having an auto payment taken out of my account and the store manager had called me to let me know that there was a problem with their system on Friday. They tried again on Saturday. I called them back Monday morning to inform them the funds have been in there since the previous Monday, but he stated to me that there was an issue with their system. Now I was told that I would have to pay a late fee of $10 for one of my agreements, this agreement is the final payment and I just feel that the company is trying to get an extra $10 from me. This is not good business. I have never had this happen with an agreement with you guys before and have reached out to customer service to try to get this $10 removed, which was not my fault .
My experience has been very frustrating. I initially had signed up to purchase a table set however, due to the fact that they didn’t have what I was looking for, I decided to cancel all dealings. I initially I paid $10 upfront but when I called back to speak to someone to cancel my order, and let them know that I was no longer interested. I was assured that my $10 would be refunded to me. That clearly did not happen. As of this morning not only have still not received my refund but your company tried to withdraw $50 from my account three times for furniture I do not own or lease. Please tell me how is this even possible? This is bad customer service. When someone cancels business there should not be any more dealings with withdrawals or anything else simply because I did not request or authorize it.
