Late on payment I understand told them I would make a payment today. Only to find out they CRIMINALLY TRESPASSED in my home. Absolutely unacceptable. Does this look like a hallway or does this look like a porch you decide public

Let me makes this clear while people saying this and that these people get they money on time right why have the audacity to blow up phones and pound on the door like they the cops( I'm complaining about this because they do this every time before they get they money on time and also because my neighbor has a newborn and everytime they pound on the door these fools wake her up )like make it make sense y'all get your money on time but y'all act like Bill collectors like that's annoying and bad for service that's why people block them when they do stuff like this

You can't beat rent A center for customer service. So easy to purchase what you want or need. Great payment plans, great service. Nice selection of merchandise .p.s. Just got my new washer and dryer. Delivery guys were great!!! Thank you.
