Can honestly say they will do everything they can to work with you. Had a great experience with them. Just be honest with them and they will do their absolute best to help you through it.

Could give it I want zero star I absolutely would.... The gentlemen who came to deliver my washer and dryer refused delivery even after I sent my son out to de-ice the steps and shovel the sidewalk they just didn't feel safe even after it was shoveled and salted. And then when I called the manager was extremely rude!

My husband & I just paid off our washer & dryer with them ! We love them so much , we already set up a new lease for a fridge with them ! Jenni (Jennifer Jankowiak) is the absolute BEST! She listens to any concerns we have ! She even helped us set up a better pay date that worked with our paychecks! She just overall has fantastic customer service! I’ll never go anywhere else !

My daughter‘s mother tried getting a bed and a dresser for my daughter it was $80 a month she missed one payment they were at her door every other day knocking on it pounding I until she returned to the furniture I tried settling with them and just buying the dress they told me it would be 600 and some hundred dollars just to pay off the dresser after she had already made three payments and I had already given them a check for $80 that they told me was the bounds on the dresser until after I gave them the check and they cashed it then they came back for the dresser horrible experience
