Honestly, I don’t know where to begin my praise of Petoskey‘s store manager, and its employees. To be blunt I was amazed at the proficiency and diligence, professionalism and outright care for their customers. You don’t have to buy a lot for them to treat you like their main priority. Jake, Petosky’s benevolent, sincere store manager has every customers satisfaction as his personal goal. He intends to meet their every request with honesty, integrity, information, tactile hands on tools, and premium quality assurance - leaving the overall customer satisfaction process as a no-brainer. To put it all in perspective, I requested a bedroom item and he went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for, even though his store did not carry it as a typical item. Not only that, but he was on top of the product applications to the point where I had left it in his capable hands.
Arona is amazing to work with. Their employees kind,caring, and very helpful. I will be using them again! I LOVE THE 180 DAYS SAME AS CASH!

What a wonderful company! 2nd year in a row we rented a simple lazy boy chair for a week to make my 83 year old Dad more comfortable on vacation! Everyone who works at Arona has been incredibly nice! They delivered and picked up the chair and set it up. Such a simple service made my Dad very comfortable and happy! Highly recommended to all and look forward to next year! Thank you!
