Kristy and her staff are always on point. I have been dealing with this store for as long as I can remember 90% of the stuff in my house has come from here. Kristy always finds what I’m looking for and always at the best price. These guys are Rockstars Kristy is awesome. Always treated with respect and always feel number one with the care and concern and the quality in the speed that she handles everything. I will always be a 100% satisfied customer.

They called me four times while I was at work, despite me putting in writing that contacting me during my working hours interferes with patient care and safety. They completely ignored this fact, showing a blatant disregard for both federal laws (FDCPA) and basic professionalism. Their attitude is alarming — they prioritize chasing late payments over the safety and well-being of people, including those in emergency situations. It’s shocking that a company would ignore repeated warnings and continue harassing a customer at work, putting people at risk. I cannot recommend doing business with them unless you want a company that openly ignores the law, disrespects boundaries, and values money over human lives.

Tried to buy a stackable washer and dryer here, it was supposed to be delivered Feb 27. Well they came on the 27th, but did not have a mounting bracket (I think that's what he called it) for the dryer so it doesn't sit directly on the washer. They said they would buy one from home depot and be back to put it in. They never showed up. Almost a month later we are STILL waiting to hear from them. Best part was they called last week stating we needed to make a payment on rhe washer and dryer!!! My boyfriend was like, "what washer and dryer? The one you haven't installed and I haven't signed any papers for yet?!?!" Obviously we didn't have to make a payment, but seriously get your crap together. If it doesn't come soon we'll just go somewhere else. Would have done that already, but we really liked the set. So just beware they don't take good care of their customers. So disappointed.

Honestly, I don’t know where to begin my praise of Petoskey‘s store manager, and its employees. To be blunt I was amazed at the proficiency and diligence, professionalism and outright care for their customers. You don’t have to buy a lot for them to treat you like their main priority. Jake, Petosky’s benevolent, sincere store manager has every customers satisfaction as his personal goal. He intends to meet their every request with honesty, integrity, information, tactile hands on tools, and premium quality assurance - leaving the overall customer satisfaction process as a no-brainer. To put it all in perspective, I requested a bedroom item and he went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for, even though his store did not carry it as a typical item. Not only that, but he was on top of the product applications to the point where I had left it in his capable hands.

Arona is amazing to work with. Their employees kind,caring, and very helpful. I will be using them again! I LOVE THE 180 DAYS SAME AS CASH!

Arona has been a lifesaver for me. I've leased everything from a kick ass laptop to a washer and dryer...twice! Anytime an appliance quit on us Arona had our back! They were always able to provide a quality product at a fair rate! Love Christy in Petoskey! Thank you guys for everything!!!❤️

What a wonderful company! 2nd year in a row we rented a simple lazy boy chair for a week to make my 83 year old Dad more comfortable on vacation! Everyone who works at Arona has been incredibly nice! They delivered and picked up the chair and set it up. Such a simple service made my Dad very comfortable and happy! Highly recommended to all and look forward to next year! Thank you!
