Worst experience I’ve had with a business. You cannot be late more than 24 hours of your payment from Aaron’s in Owosso Michigan if not they will start harassing your family with phone calls, text messages, emails and even pay you a visit with there work vehicle which by the way is a box truck. Talk about harassment, embarrassment and threatening to come into my home to take back something. I have never had this much embarrassment, harassment and disrespect from Aaron’s before until I shopped at this one. When you do answer the phone the associates are rude and demanding of the pay which again is very disrespectful. I recommend anyone looking to shop at this Aaron’s to proceed with caution and look elsewhere. If I get a response from this review from Aaron’s please do me a favor and give me the number to someone that will actually make a change in this store.

Absolutely lovely people who work at the Owosso store. Kind, understanding and very helpful. I would very highly recommend to anyone to get the club plan for the extra $11.99 a month for accident protection! It saved me after unbeknownst to me that my cat decided to mark his territory on the back of the tv and fried the tv out and repairs could not be made to it. Something that wouldn't even cross your mind happening can happen. Believe me without the club plan I would of been stuck paying for a tv that was ruined. I love Aaron's for standing behind their club plan ❤️

Terrible establishment. the people in there do not care about helping you. I've been paying over a year on a crappy laptop that constantly has problems, even after going in multiple times for service. because my job has sucked and I'm living on the poverty line its difficult some weeks to make payments. ive always been told "its ok, just call us when you can make it, we know you're good for it" so when I can't make it that week, I always try to pay half or do the next week when I get paid. and I always according to my bank statements, make those payments within about a week. but two half payments never got paid on the rest of unknown to and suddenly we get phone calls telling us we're always missing payments, we never pay on time blah blah. all these things that previously it seemed like they were working with us. in reality no. they were not at all. when I said that I thought we could get an extra week as needed no problem, I get told "your contract says you promised to pay at this exact time" at this point I realized what was going on here. they can have their laptop back LOL. avoid this branch at all costs.

Nasty company I would not recommend them to anyone. PREMIER OF OWOSSSO IS A BETTER OPTION. This particular branch of Aaron's will charge you a in home visit if you are late but never actually make any attempt to stop by. But still charge you the $10 in home visit fee. Will call and harass your family and friends if you are so much as 24 hours late on a payment. Worst experience I've had with a rent to own company. The employees seem to have a vendetta against there cliental as I know of several people who will give you the same story. Stay away.

Krissy is great. Very helpful, nice and friendly and fast working. Professional. Prices are a little high but the quality of the items are good. Worth it if you're willing to pay over price. But again great for someone who can't out right buy. They have good purchase options that can save money and EZ Pay so you don't miss a payment. Had a computer for a few weeks but it couldn't handle what I needed which is photo and video editing. Nothing aarons did or could've done. So I brought that back and am buying an AC unit. Absolutely love it. It's COLD and it works perfect.
