So far so good! Waiting for delivery tomorrow! Everybody was very nice! Well the delivery then showed up with the chair and I instantly looked at it and it looked horrible it was filthy dirty and I asked him is that a used chair and he said yes which I was never told because I don't want a used chair and he put the young lady who sold it to me on speakerphone and she bear face lied and said she did tell me it was used and she did not because I never would have accepted that so I told them to take it back. The two delivery guys were great and I felt bad for them after they hauled it in and then had to take it back out but they were very professional and did an awesome job as far as the salesperson she lied for a sale so I won't be using your business again

The whole team at Mt. Pleasant Arona is amazing. They’re easy to work with, friendly, and great at helping you find what you need within your budget. They helped open doors to ownership for me that I may have never had otherwise. The next time I finance anything I know exactly where to go and I highly recommend them! Special shout out to the moving guys too who move the furniture you’re financing if you move homes. Definitely made our move much smoother :)

Purchased something had issues with it told my payment was pushed due to lacking the necessary parts to use the item when picked up. Also the item I had to clean up as it was obviously leased out prior it looked like food was on it. Was pushed quickly out because someone assuming the manager would barely come out of the office to help what I am guessing was the delivery driver doing her job. I will be returning it because I got my due date moved so many times a simple call about payment due would have reminded me to come in and make a payment. Instead I get a "when we coming to pick it up, thanks" poor service from the start and should have went with probably anyone gut. Just was simply trying to keep things local with out using up my credit.

I don't understand how rentals work but this is going to be explained it to you if you don't have three friends willing to lie for you about why I guess how much money you make where you work you know personal information then obviously they don't want your business because apparently they're worried about people damaging or destroying their property hilarious part is is they can take you to court for said damages but they don't want to tell you that they want to make you think that they're doing you a favor know they're trying to get those numbers so they can literally contact these people if you don't make payment to harass them because I just looked it up so congratulations you guys won't be getting a whole lot of money for my family.. 😂 it's a joke of a company.. I'll never shop here.. bet you have no customers.. 😂 cause will never be one..

My recent rental agreement commenced with some initial challenges. Specifically, I was not informed that the provided refrigerator was a used appliance with existing damage, a factor that was compounded by my urgent need for a replacement. Following my inquiry, the company readily agreed to order a new refrigerator. While I was informed that the delivery could take up to three weeks, the appliance arrived sooner than anticipated. Although the scheduled delivery time was set for 1:30 PM, the refrigerator was delivered at 10:30 AM, which was acceptable and allowed for flexibility in my schedule. The delivery personnel were professional and provided excellent assistance. They carefully removed and reinstalled components of my screen door to facilitate the delivery. They also pointed out minor dents, which were believed to be a result of shipping. Overall, my experience has been positive thus far.
