When I was sent the link from an employee I to submit my documents it clearly started that I can use my bank statement as proof of address but after calling the store they said that's not true which makes no sense what so ever. I live with family I recently moved in with them 6 months ago. My drivers license is registered to the address, I have letters from the government with that address on file, my BANK is on that address, any letter addressed to me is on that address but that's still not enough proof for them for proof of address which is utterly moronic. Dealing with rent a center when it comes to proving a address is worse then trying to prove an address with secretary of state and that should say something. They told me I can have my parents join me as co-renters (which is insane because why would I ever drag my parents into a contractual obligation because you guys have a faulty system) or they said they want me on the lease agreement which at this point it's like talking to a brick wall because I've explained to them multiple times that's not possible. All in all horrible first time experience. If you guys don't want to accept the documents I do have (which is accepted on a federal level) then I guess you guys don't want to earn my business. Hope someone from corporate sees this and understands how moronic this whole situation is.

Run at all costs super over priced and manager is nasty and not professional at all cancelled my order

Great customer service the two lady’s that helped with my agreement was so nice Raven and Angle very pleasant to speak with.

I've been dealing with them for years, always get quality products & the sales associates are great. Always fast delivery and if there's a problem they handle it immediately. Just talked to my new sales associate "Raven" today. Very nice and helpful young lady!

I am currently renting a washer and dryer from this location and have been for several months. I was recently 10 days late on a payment and the staff proceeded to leave me threatening voicemails at least 5 times a day, sent me a letter stating I refused to pay, which wasn't true, and sent an employee to my home who pounded on my door for 20 minutes scaring the underage children who were home alone. This is the first and last time I will ever purchase anything from this location. I feel harassed. I am not required to answer my door, phone or to return calls to you. I understand that I was late, but those actions are a little excessive for 10 days.

The customer service they give is GREAT. I am having personal issues that are affecting my payments and the manager, Angela is totally understanding and helps you to the best of her ability to do so. Communication with them is key to having a successful time with them. You only run into issues when you don't contact them.

I worked with Angela. She went out of her way to help me get the merch I needed. She was very polite, quick and understanding to my needs, having just relocating to the area. She was able to track down the items I liked, bundle them up and make it affordable. The delivery guys were bar none professional with great respect and very helpful and patient as I decided how to setup up where the furniture would go and even went on to help me arrange it accordingly. Very polite as well. I give the Mt Clemens location 5 stars.
