This Company is very sneaky with how they just automatically sign you up for something you was never told anything about, and to have to pay $12.99 a month for there warranty is just ridiculous, won't be doing anymore business with this place. Warning!! Please ask questions before you buy or you will pay for something you know nothing about.

Store never returned calls or followed up on my online order. Ordered online through Aaron's instead and received a call the same day and my washer a few days later. I can't speak for every store but my local rent-a-center has terrible customer service!

I am purchasing a computer system from Rent-A-Center. They helped me with any questions I had in making my choice, were never rushed and were quick to approve my application. They continue to be incredibly personable and that, in itself, makes them a really nice company to do business with on a long term basis like a rent to own contract. They always remember who I am and bring a smile to my face when speaking with them. I would recommend them to others and certainly will consider purchasing other rent to own products from them in the future.
