Went in today, had a very nice lady come up and help me out, answered all of my questions and was very polite, I used their computer that they have to see if I had qualified for doing payments, which was hassle, free and very easy. My new washer will be delivered to my apartment soon, and I am very pleased with my experience. I didn’t catch the name of the lady that helped me. But I’ll definitely be going back if I am in need of any furniture or appliances/electronics , Thank you to the Aron’s team member

This location left a difficult to remove sticker on the brand new door of the apartment my brother just moved into only lived there 1 week). He has never been a customer of Aaron's, so he called and asked them to please remove the sticker. They (not so politely) declined. They asked him why he couldn't just remove the sticker. My brother works two jobs and does not have the time to remove it. Even if he did, it is not his responsibility. There is a perforation at the top of the sticker where it could have easily been hung on the door. Our assumption is that they stuck it on the door in an attempt to harras a delinquent customer. I will remove this 1 star rating if they go and remove the sticker.

This is the worst place to rent from. I had surgery and had Aaron’s club so they could pay for my stuff until I got back to work. I filled out all the paperwork and sent it in. After it was sent in I started getting calls from Aaron’s wanting to know if I heard from them. I told them it wasn’t my job to figure out what was going on, I was told it was. Got numerous phone calls from them to where it was harassment. I had new furniture delivered and the inconsiderate people who brought it broke it and never done anything about it. I even tried to get the district manager involved but never heard from him and it’s been months. So I told them to come get my furniture and they show up at my house with no appointment, I was at work at the time. I called them and told them to call before you come to my house. Two days later they show up at my house again and never made a appointment with me. These people are inconsiderate, liars, and don’t care about you as a consumer. I will never recommend them to anyone

Watch out with these people. They do not pay attention to what they are doing. We have had payments applied to incorrect accounts, incorrect items delivered, and just piss poor attitudes from the store. They wanted us to keep our couch for an additional 2 weeks after we terminated contract. Remember this folks, the contract starts before the item under contract is delivered, which means the contract can be terminated before the item is picked up as well. Do not fall for their BS. If you have a contract with them, read the fine print, You may terminate it at any point you wish. Do not let them sucker you into another payment, like they tried to do to my family.
