Terrible never give them a dollar, I got accepted to rent, I paid for a product, I never received it, they said they’ll refund my money and I never got my refund, this company is fraud just go to other stores and pay for products don’t rent from here you’ll never get what u want and you’ll never get ur refund for a item u never got

I have been dealing with the Howell location for more than a decade, and have always been treated very well. And the current manager and staff are awesome as well. Very friendly and helpful!

Great overpriced stuff yeah.... when u can't afford a new peice of furniture or TV full price. Intrest rates are horrible. Wouldn't be leaving a bad review if this was handled by the staff a different way. Had a schduled delivery for yesterday for a 2200 dollar couch... they didn't notify my husband or myself that they were here or on there way. Which it was pouring rain out and knocked and left my door wide open when entering. Also did not tell me the couch was not wrapped in plastic or some kind of protective seal and started bringing it in ..... so the couch was soaking wet when delivered as I was attending to my daughter and at that mud from the weather tracked all threw my house and not one conversation about oh let me get that our apologies but stood in my doorway and kinda laughed at the fact there was mud all over my floors. I'm a little pissed off because when calling the store... two managers made it sound like it was my fault and that's not there problem. Not an apology or hey let us let the delivery guys know to not track dirt all threw someone's house. As I asked the delivery guys do u have covers for ur shoes as they stated they are not supplied covers. Very disrespectful and will be paying off our items and using a different location from now on. Side note.. the couch was wet for about 1 1/2 hours after being brought in my house and wasn't able to sit on it... but I don't think I was in the wrong for contacting the store and stating what happened.

They are great. I’m kind of suffering right now while I’m waiting on my first disability check, so this gives me the chance to still get something nice for myself and pay over monthly installments!!! The best thank you!!!

I have been jerked around with delivery by another furniture company for the past 2 months. I walked into Howell Rent-A-Center to get temporary furniture until I finally get my delivery from the other company. The manager was amazing and helped answer all of my questions. I literally had 2 couches delivered to my home within 30 minutes of walking out of the store. Wonderful experience. The drivers even beat me to my home. They were very kind and didn't seem at all inconvenienced by having to wait for me to arrive. I REALLY wish I would have purchased my furniture from Rent-A-Center instead of the company I did.
