With the ice and being short handed Dave and Tom were gonna reschedule our delivery. The hubby went down willing to help them bring it home so we didnt have to wait a couple more days. And they both were great with thier customer service while we were in shopping
Tom and Dave did a real good job with mine and my mom’s beds! Real quick set up and real helpful and quick! Easy process! Will come through then again!
Absolutely disgusting business. Good if you need to rent. But don't default, they will: *Break laws, *Harass you *Contact every person you listed in the contact list, under multiple unknown, hidden or restricted numbers. *Threaten you with felonies, when not returning equip is clearly listed as a civil matter in Michigan. * Their attitude and professionalism goes right out of the window when they are trying to get their money back. 1/10 overall Definitely do not recommend getting involved. I literally witnessed all of this happening. Good luck y'all.
