Rent-A-Center

I’ve gone thru RAC a few times. I have to say that there is nothing bad to say about the folks at this location. Tracie is my go to gal for everything. If you have an issue she’ll help find a solution. Mr. B is a pretty cool guy also. I will only use this location ever because of the amazing people.

I have nothing but positive words to say about everyone at Rent A Center the entire team are fantastic people willing to help you pick out something you're wanting they've helped me out over ten plus year's and I've never been disappointed in really appreciate the management and Tracie and Lamar and the newer staff as well, I'll definitely continue to get things from Rent A Center thank you to everyone at Rent A Center

I have set uo a day for rent a center to pick uo the washing machine and dryer but for some reason they have not now you want to charge me you have poor communication I don't have a problem with your appliances but you told you would be here on October 1 then I call to confirm you tell Monday October 5 then I call to confirm twice and then you tell you be here on October 6 I think I will be going somewhere else

The only reason they are receiving a 2 star instead of a one. I understand rent a center does not make the furniture. They take there chances on people with bad credit and I am one of those people. I appreciate there agents, managers and customer service so much. But the furniture sadly isn't the best. I'll be paying off my couch with them shortly to avoid Interest. I have never missed a payment. However. To see that they have and support furniture like this is wild. I bought an oversized chair for my office. And I paid it off well before there 6 months. So after about 8 months my chair sadly started to fall apart. I told my husband and I thank the world I married such a handyman because he's like I will fix it. He took it apart today and let me tell you if I could upload photos with my review I would. This chair has virtually no support. It isn't put together with screws. It's held together by staples and wood glue. It is insane the lack of craftsman ship that goes into a big box store. Rent a center probably won't do much since I've paid it in full. And I will pay off my Ashley couch very soon. But it is just sad to say a chair that would have costed 1600 is held together by almost nothing. I will be emailing Ashley the maker, as well. But please be weary of who you buy furniture from.

I've had a terrible experience. My table and chairs I got from them. The chairs started falling apart before I was done paying for the dining room set. I didn't break them I had no small kids. The dryer they delivered would not get hot I've had 3 dryers and had my house looked at and found out that it wasn't my house but the dryers they delivered. I rented a bedroom set from them and it looks nice but last night my queen size bed frame just broke apart and I haven't had this bed two years yet. I am not even done paying for the beds yet . I will finish my payments but never rent furniture again. All these products were represented to be new. But obviously something is not right. I feel like this furniture is not of good quality the way my bed frame looked last night. Nothing against this store personally but if you want something to eventually own and not just renting it temporarily I would not rent to own from here. None of my stuff is even lasting until I'm done with the payments.
