Just going say Beth at the Ionia store is Awesome has gone above and beyond for both of my last 2 orders and the delivery guys also very friendly and carful not to damage anything
They was good at first. But when I called to let them know the dryer stopped heating up & the inside drum was messed up they said they would be out in three days to replace it. When they came out they wanted a payment like really 🤔 I had to pay for the day's I couldn't use it🤔 That is not right at all. Besides that I've never had a problem.
I have never been treated with such kindness! Keri and her staff are truly amazing folks. I will always keep them in my prayers because, to me, they are like family. True Grit and Caring Hearts!!!
friendly staff who treats you like family. The manager Nick and his staff are great people who go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Couldn't say enough good things to do them justice. I'd recommend this location to anyone. Thanks for all you guys do!
