Aaron's in Grand Rapid's is so fabulous! My washer died and it is a Stackable one so very pricey, Arron's brand new Stackable washer and dryer was actually cheaper to by out right before 120 day's is up, it was totally affordable! Joseph was amazing I was able to do it all over the phone Joseph walked me through step by step and was very patient with me! And they delivered and set everything up! The two delivery men were on time and had it set up in no time,also explained how everything work's and answered all my questions! Outstanding work thank you guy's your hard work is very appreciated!

Aaron’s has always rented me to own the nicest furniture and appliances. I’ve paid off a living room set and washer and dryer Amazing people with Excellent customer service.!! Go see the Guys and Gals In Grand Rapids Aaron’s location!!!

Good options if you are tight on money but i swear this is the last time im using them. Theyre becoming more corporate and less human. Steve has taken care of me as i was a customer since 2014 and never have i been harrassed over payments before like they are now. I am 3 days late on my payment and i have been called 3 times in a row while asleep! To me being a loyal customer for so many years; i should not be hunted by their debt collectors. Oh! Forgot to mention they pay a visit to your home and charge you for it. Unbelievable. I try to be fair as possible but this is becoming very annoying especially since they made over $3,000 or more profit off of me thru the years. So sick of it now.

Amber helped me buy, load, and above all love my new washer and dryer. It’s just what I needed for less than I was expecting to pay. I feel confident if anything was wrong I could go back in and have it all taken care of by her. She made our experience fun, easy, and stress free. Thank you again amber for helping load our purchase in our truck in the snow, customer service here is outstanding.
