Rent-A-Center

Very interesting conversation today with management talk with new supervisor and was told they can’t take no more late payments because Brandon and Darnell did things different even though they charge $10 for a late fee. and the new management goes by the Book. I Was first told I by the workers that they don’t like to take a late payment then management was saying that they can’t take a late payment. I’ve also have video evidence of them harassing me out in the parking lot specifically Darnell. If you would like the full video please contact me. Also, I was told by Darnell he was gonna charge someone 300 and some dollars to buy a fridge when they’re having a sale because he didn’t see the sign saying he didn’t have to pay until the end of the month. I did ask new management if you would like to do something about it or if he just wants me to file a police report and he say whatever I feel is comfortable as if he didn’t wanna do anything about it? I’ve also asked to speak with managers in the past they said that they are the managers there’s no one up above them. I have phone records showing that and of them hanging up on me very rude, harassing, and unprofessional.

Waiting on my couch for days now it was supposed to be here last week then they had to go pick up in gr an said it would be here later today an now still waiting been calling to see the eta an nothing an now they are closed like what the hell you say your going to deliver my stuff today then don't show up thats not cool to lie to ur customers.....

Two days ago I went to rent a center to purchase a gaming laptop, on the employees were nice, we paid for it and the employee said it would be here "Saturday, 2:30PM at the latest" come today and I find out it's coming monday. I don't know about you, but after being told BY THE PERSON THAT WORKS THERE, a product will arrive in a set time span, I expect it to be there. Waiting for something to ship already feels like eternity, so don't make eternity longer. Edit: It's Monday at 5:30pm Rent A Center closes at 6:00pm, the employees said it would be here in the afternoon and they would follow up, and considering how close it is to closing I don't think they will. So my question to rent a center is what the hell are you doing.

This store is always willing to go above arms beyond for our family. Team member brandish is always trying to find what we need. If he is unable to find exactly what we need, he gives us so many options to choose from. All associates are very respectful!

The store location manager is a rude man, one of his employees in the past was caught peeping in my daughter bedroom window before knocking on our door . I am disgusted and un satisfied as a customer/ex customer of your establishment. They do not follow state law and harass me continuously after a verbal agreement. My account is past due and I refuse to talk to or have any contact whatsoever with the employees or store manager at the Grand Haven location they have called me up to four times a day and stopped at my home twice almost daily it is absolutely ridiculous I have proof of the phone call history and your employees on my doorstep my television that I was paying for has been broken for months . I was not advised that the insurance on the television does not cover anything broken that breaks. I'm only willing to work with the district manager to settle or resolve my account.
