Eric goes above and beyond for me at the fort Gratiot location. I won’t work with anyone but him he’s the best. Bc of workers like Eric is why I still know there is hope for the retail feild.

I love doing business at the rent a center in fort Gratiot . I've gotten a few things there and my new electric bike is by far the best thing I've gotten from there I've been enjoying it every day since I picked it up. And to Eric and the rest of the crew you guys rock love doing business with all of you.

Horrible! My husband and I rented furniture, as it was our only viable option after moving across the country (Florida to Michigan). I 100% regret not just buying outright! Edward (Manager) is RUDE to his customers. They show up at your house after being 4 days late!! Harass you multiple times a day by phone and showing up at your home. Was told yesterday “the pandemic is over so your family needs to find a new excuse”!!!!! I’m done with this place! Would never recommend.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 🌟. I bought a laptop and right off the back it didn't work. Freezing, battery draining very fast. Didnt even have it a whole month and had made two payments spending $90.00 and they would only give me $63.04 of my money back. Then when i called to speak with the manager he hung up in my face. I would not reccomend rent a center at all. And get this, when we were in the store we wanted to try the ps3 game out that was on and that wouldn't even work and they didnt know why, just like they didnt know what was wrong with my laptop! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!
