Went into store to bring my proof I needed as instructed from when I filled out online I came with two other friends who were also interested in renting the young man that was there had good customer service he went to go get his manager girl with glasses very weird with horrible customer service I explained to her why I was there and she wouldn't look at me while I was talking or when she was talking to me then proceeded to say very rudely well the person who do that is gone for the day and it aint nothing but $100 you can come back or whatever thats not how you conduct business with potential customers makes me not want to rent anything from here and tell my friends not to as well
Never had any issues all the staff is super nice .. except this one white man not sure who he is but he has horrible customer service and his attitude is worst then a teen age girl Aaron’s as a company should be embarrassed to have someone with his attitude/ demeanor representing them ..
Me and my elderly mother walked in and walked around for a while before somebody actually came to see if we needed help. There were two men and one woman the lady came and helped us when do the guys just kept looking.
Somebody from this website used my credit card to commit fraud. I've never been there. I got an alert on my phone at 9:30 am, before they are open, was used online! BE CAREFUL!
I just started this lease with them and im already frustrated they give u half the information u need tell u one date for delivery then it changes jeremy was nice but his gm is rude and doesn’t run that place very well . Very unorganized and even more unprofessional employees standing around talking about hanging out last nite while jeremy answered calls and tried to help me at the same time very unhappy already if i didnt need these items so bad all at the same time i would not have completed the contract here !
