I love rent a center .. I want to first start off by saying that this store location was very unprofessional and this coming from a disabled parent.. I contacted this store & location thinking that I was going get good business done ..at first it started off fine I guess …I have been customer to rent a center for few years.. so this store location in Dearborn they’ve some unprofessional employee’s who lack in communication and good customer services . Store associate if I’m not mistaken their name is Leon/ Bian started off as though they’re going to get me setup mind you I’m RAC customer my last location was very far and the experience I had with them .. let just say that I didn’t go through the lack of bad experience and customer care this store location put me through .. at first they took down the same information in which I provided with them kept saying they’re going get back with me & they never did .. I had to reached out to them since then provided them references, personal documentation and down payment on the promotion they’re running at their store .. they claimed they’re going to get in touch with the references at certain time between 2 or 3pm they never did .. so I became a bit frustrated that I was waiting for them to get back in touch regarding the items information as well and they kept asking me for the same information over and over which was ridiculous I provided everything that I have to them all this was being done over the phone via email and text etc.. so it’s getting to closing time no answer no communication.. I contacted the references of relatives I provided them with my family none of the never received any communication from this store location .. I was upset and frustrated that this store associate lack in communication.. so I ended up contacting the store I didn’t have any knowledge nor any communication to whatsoever going on from this point on the store was closing soon and I still haven’t heard back from the store associate to whom doing business with cause they said they’ll get back with me by the end of the day .. they got on the phone with me expecting me to tell them something when I called them regarding my information I became upset frustrated how the way they’re treating customers like me from said experiences.. I was expressing myself when they said I called them or they place of business racist in which they called me racist . Cause I said this “If I were a white woman (non-black) I would have been treated more differently .. it’s somewhat true from experiences ,but; this wasn’t about race at all .. It’s the fact that some of these store associates are straight up rude lack in communication with their customers I mean some of them are horrible ..some of these associates regardless trained to treat most of their customers indifferently.. instead some of these associates regardless do lack in customer care communication etc ..with potential customers .. it’s the simple fact that some of these store employees are some of the most unprofessional workers these companies have.. & They do treat some of their customers like they’re nothing .. I’m a disabled mom of disabled children I know from experiences that the way the some of these store associate’s doing business didn’t handle it like a professional would have …&&& some of them care about making commission they lack in care for their customers unfortunately this what happens to some good customers going through the hassle
There has been times when I've ran into issues with my Payments. And when I tell you this Team , works very hard to make sure they solve whatever the issue is to help they Customers. It could not be a better Team than this. Thank You!
0 stars!! The worse experience. Too much to even text. Lack of communication within the store. Asked for the same documentation multiple times. Was going to receive a defective washer with a bent in side at no discount but lower monthly payments was to receive delivery on Saturday, delivery set for Tuesday. Monday told my verification wasn't complete and that delivery shouldn't of happened anyways. Asked for same documentation and reference info again!! I took Tues off of work to be available for delivery to be told at 4:30 (delivery time frame 3-5) they couldn't make it. Are you serious?!!!! Tues asked again for ID in the morning and afternoon, which was provided days prior. I can't do chaos and messing with my money. Removing a $30 payment does not equal the amount of money I lost today by missing work.
Okay Ryan and all the wonderful, amazing, staff that's at the Rent A Center that I so love and Appreciate you all so much I swear it's like a gets a call I'll say twice a week letting me know about deals and that I'm a VIP member I LOVE YOU ALL AT DEARBORN RENT A CENTER my people I been with you all too long I'm going to say but I love it there because they check on me and they make sure I'm good and I love that they always keep meet up to date on the big deals and everything again I repeat I LOVE MY RENT A CENTER PEOPLE KEEP UP THAT WONDERFUL AMAZING WORK THAT YOU ALL DO SO DAMN GREAT!!!
