What gets me if you’re one or two days late they start calling you repeatedly as if you missed payments or act as if you aren’t going to pay don’t I always pay?!!…I will never ever use Aaron’s again in life!
Trying to be a new customer and the staff are on the inside, head in their phones, and doors locked. It’s now 6:48. It took me 12 mins to find the correct store and leave a review. I suppose this location does not like making money. Since they close 20 mins early do they also open up 20 mins early? Poor customer service
Horrible service. 2nd time waiting for furniture and we called to check in for what time and they messed up and not even ordered it! Even though this last time we watched them enter it into the computer. So annoyed at ppl not having pride in their work. And they trying to charge us double in a couple auto pays. Don't go to this store.
I would highly suggest going somewhere else for getting furniture. I used rent a center for years but my brother told me check out Aaron’s because their furniture is higher quality. I would agree with that. They harass you if you pay even a week late. The costumer service should be ashamed of themselves. Extremely rude people.
I gave two stars because I do enjoy some of the things I’m renting but as far as my experience with the delivery, installation and service request regarding my bedroom set, I am not thrilled at all. I do not care for the fact that when my bedroom set was delivered it was pretty much thrown together it would appear.. due to the fact the I have electrical issues less than 24 hours later… I put in a service request and have yet to receive a call so I decided not to wait as I have already made 4 payments on furniture I’ve had less than two weeks. Yes the lights on my headboard not working may seem small to someone running a busy store.. that is fine you can come and get the set because you are charging me for a bedroom set and a headboard with lights… I am to accept no lights working but if I pay less that is against the contract so yes please come and get it. I am happy to pay for the items that do not have defects.
