Extremely disappointed with this company, my gf ordered a bed, bedframe and dresser through them and the appointment was set for 3-5. Guess what they didn’t show up till 520 and we had to call. Also they never put our stuff together at all!! They dropped it off and left saying that they get out at 6. Called the store and the only thing they could offer was dropping the power tools to put it together the next day. Absolutely ridiculous. These guys do not care about customer service. Go somewhere else unless you want to deal with laziness and pathetic customer service. Can’t wait to put all my stuff together when they said that they’re the ones who assemble it for you.

What a joke renting from this establishment. They are there just to get a paycheck. Couch broke called to have it repaired they never called the place to have it fix and didn't know what was going on a week later when I called. my couch has been broken for over a month been fighting to get it fixed taking time off work when they were supposed to show and never did so now they are losing a good costume that never missed a payment in the 38 weeks I would give them below a zero if I could never delt with anything like this

I haven't had any issues at all with the caro store. The people are friendly and nice. The only issue I have is trying to get some tires I can see them online but can't seem to actually place an order for them
